Our process is simple and centered around our client’s objectives, making THEM key stakeholders.
We start with analyzing our client's needs (N&A - Needs and Analysis). Once we mapped a project to specific needs, we design and develop (D&D) content. That is followed by implementation (I) and evaluation (E).
A growing trend in the learning and development space is adopting and applying some Agile principles to that process. That adds an element of flexibility and potentially making it more collaborative and relevant. The idea is to reiterate throughout the process and expedite the learning.
